Last updated: January 12, 2026
Mobile games developed by Nicpitah Studios are intended for general audiences, including children under the age of 13. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users, especially children.
- Personal Data Collection:
We do not collect, use, or share any personal data from users of our applications.
We do not require or ask for usernames, emails, passwords, or any personal information. No user data is stored, processed, or transmitted by us.
- Third-Party Services (AdMob):
Our apps use Google AdMob to show ads. To comply with COPPA, we have enabled child-directed settings in AdMob hence therefore, ads are non-personalized (i.e., not based on user behavior or interests).
Google may still collect non-identifying information such as device type or general location (e.g., country or city) for limited, legal, and operational purposes.
For more information, you can view Google’s ad policy here: 🔗 https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
We strongly recommend parents and guardians review Google’s policy as well.
- Parental Consent
Because these apps are COPPA-compliant and do not collect personal data, parental consent is not required. However, if a parent or guardian believes their child has provided personal information in one of these apps by mistake, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
